Do you plan to participate in the November, 2021 Free-Motion Doodle Challenge?

The "Doodles Gone Wild" quilt class is the perfect way to preserve all the doodles you learn and create in the challenge.  This quilt is the hands-on project from our newly released book, "Doodle School: A Daily Design Challenge to Up Your Free-Motion Quilting Game."  Dara created this quilt with the 31-Day Free-Motion Doodle Challenge in mind.  The quilt has space for all your favorite doodles--plus extra blocks for you to try your hand at combining some of your doodles.

But, guess what?  You don't have to participate in the November, 2021 Free-Motion Doodle Challenge to make this quilt with us.

During this three-week class, I'll take you through a condensed, accelerated version of the 31-Day challenge.  You'll be ready to quilt your own doodle designs in no time.  I'll also teach you 20 of my own doodle designs as we go along.

There is no signup fee to participate in this class but you will need to purchase a copy of "Doodle School: A Daily Design Challenge to Up Your Free-Motion Quilting Game."  Contact me directly if you would like to purchase a signed copy of Doodle School and/or of Doodle Notebook.

Here's what you can expect from the
"Doodles Gone Wild" class:

Week 1:

Week 2: We will begin to stitch.  I will show you how to set up your machine and how to start stitching.  I'll demonstrate 10 of my own designs.  I'll answer questions and we'll spend some time just stitching together.

Week 2:

We will cut and piece the quilt top.  I'll give you instructions for assembling your quilt sandwich.  At the end of class, I'll get you started on an accelerated Free-Motion Doodle Challenge, if you haven't already participated in the challenge.

Week 3:

Week 3:  We will continue free-motion quilting.  I'll show you 10 more of my own doodle designs and answer questions.
